1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mach10.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SC. Sandner Mind Consulting SRL under Romanian law (Legea 365/2002).

2. Description of Services

mach10.pro is operated by SC. Sandner Mind Consulting SRL and provides:

  • Web performance consulting and technical advisory services
  • Email deliverability consulting
  • A free Email Health Check tool available at /email-check/

3. Email Health Check Tool

3.1 Nature of the Tool

The Email Health Check provides informational diagnostic results only. Results are based on publicly available DNS records and email authentication headers at the time of the scan. DNS records and email configurations change frequently; results reflect a point-in-time snapshot and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

3.2 Permitted Use

You may only scan domains that you own or have explicit authorization to scan. Scanning domains you do not own or control without permission is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

3.3 Rate Limiting

Usage is limited to 10 scans per hour per IP address. Exceeding this limit will result in temporary access restriction. Attempting to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.

3.4 Reports

Scan reports are generated with a unique URL and automatically expire after 7 days. Report URLs are shareable, and anyone with the link can view the full report. Reports are not password-protected. Do not scan domains whose results you consider sensitive if you do not want them accessible via the report link during the retention period.

3.5 No Guarantee of Results

Using the Email Health Check tool or acting on its recommendations does not guarantee any improvement in email deliverability. Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond DNS configuration, including sender reputation, content, and recipient mail server policies. Professional assessment may be required for complex configurations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on mach10.pro is owned by SC. Sandner Mind Consulting SRL or its licensors. Mach10.pro is a trademark of Sandner Mind Consulting SRL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all tools, including the Email Health Check, are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The free Email Health Check tool is provided at no cost and without any service level guarantees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SC. Sandner Mind Consulting SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any tools provided on it.

For paid consulting services, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. For the free Email Health Check tool, liability is limited to zero as no payment is made.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Romanian or EU law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site beyond normal use of the Email Health Check tool
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the site or its tools for any unlawful purpose

8. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked third-party sites.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Timisoara, Romania.

For consumers in the European Union: nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under EU law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
